1. Order Processing
After payment verification, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Depending on the delivery location and availability, we utilise reputable courier partner such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to dispatch orders.

3. Insurance for Shipping
Soft Graphic Services INC currently only provides shipping services within the United States.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Solution: Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address for delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. The cargo can be monitored directly on the carrier's website.
5. Delays
Despite our commitment to delivering within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather delays, carrier disruptions, or supply shortages. Lotus Web Services is not accountable for delays that are beyond our control.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Soft Graphic Services is not responsible for shipments that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and are subsequently lost or stolen. In such instances, please contact the shipping carrier directly to submit a claim.
7. Costs of Shipping
We Provide Free Standard Shipping 2 to 4 Business days on All Orders.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please refuse delivery or take clear photos before opening a parcel that is visibly damaged. For assistance, please reach out to us at sales@softgraphicservicesinc.com within 48 hours.
