Customer satisfaction is our primary concern at Soft Graphic Services INC. We are committed to guaranteeing that each item you receive is in its good condition and meets the description. Our Refund Policy delineates the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds, as well as your rights.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You have the option to request a refund or substitution if:
The item is either damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly.
The incorrect product was dispatched.
The product does not correspond to the information provided on our website.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please provide us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue in order to initiate a return at sales@softgraphicservicesinc.com
Items That Are Not Refundable
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following items:

opened ink cartridges or consumables may have restrictions. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
4. Return Procedure
Upon the approval of your return request:
Receive Return Authorization with rerturn shipping label with in 24 to 48 hours
Return instructions and a return authorisation number (RMA) will be provided to you.
Return the item in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing.
Your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Customers are accountable for the cost of return shipping, with the exception of defective or mistakenly shipped products.
5. Method of Refund
Refunds that have been approved will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, credit card. Please allow for an additional processing time in accordance with the policies of your financial institution.
6. Products That Are Defective or Damaged
Please submit Product Return Request via Email: sales@softgraphicservicesinc.com and Send photographs of the product and packaging within 48 hours of the delivery of your order if it arrives damaged via sales@softgraphicservicesinc.com.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hours of placement, provided that they have not yet been dispatched. The order will be regarded as a return, and cancellations are not permitted once it has been shipped.
